Conference Venue

SEC 2019 will take place in ISEG part of the University of Lisbon, Portugal. ISEG is one of the country’s oldest and most prestigious colleges of Economics and Business Studies, through which important personalities in national public life have passed on and continue to do so. In addition to its 104 hundred years of history and traditions, ISEG is also focused on living the present to its full potential and facing the challenges of the future with a sense of leadership and innovation, maintaining its important role in higher education through research in Economics, Business Studies and related subjects. It also focuses on making its mark at an international level through modern, scientific and pedagogically innovative teaching methods. ISEG is situated in a distinguished area of Lisbon, in a XVII century Convent, between Lapa, Santos and Madragoa, next to the Parliament with the Tagus river in the background. Lisbon is a historical capital, a true melting pot with unique features, where 800 years of diverse cultural influences mix with modern trends and lifestyles, creating remarkable contrasts.
