Registration

The conference fee will include: access to all conference sessions and all co-located events (ie WISM and WISE delegates can attend all SEC sessions and vice-versa); electronic (online) proceedings; morning/afternoon breaks and lunches during the conference; and, all conference social events.

All registration fees are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of 10% GST (tax).
Authors must register using the author rate and confirm their paper number in the registration process.
Students may be asked to provide confirmation of their student enrolment status.
^* The 'member fee discount' is applicable to IFIP TC/WG members and members of IFIP member national societies

Registration Policy

At least one distinct author for each accepted paper must register as an author (cannot register a single author for multiple papers). Author registrations must be received by the published deadline. Late author registrations will result in papers being excluded from the proceedings.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds are subject to cancellation fees depending on the date the request is received (AoE):

Before 13th March	20% fee
14th March to 3rd April	50% fee
4th April to 1st May	80% fee
After 2nd May	no refunds can be offered

If you are no longer able to attend but wish to send an alternative participant, please notify our admin team prior to 31st May 2026.

NB: hotel room bookings are not arranged by the conference team, please contact the hotel for any room booking changes or cancellations.
